1. Returns

  • You may return an item within 7 days of purchase if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Clearance or “as-is” items.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and issued through the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

4. Warranty

  • Brand new laptops and accessories may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms and coverage depend on the brand and product type.
